Aseptic Technician – Filling, Lyophilization, Capping 3rd Shift

Zoetis is seeking a highly skilled Aseptic Technician to join our team in Lincoln, NE. As an Aseptic Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with aseptic filling, lyophilization, and capping procedures to ensure high-quality products.
- Monitor processes and report any unusual circumstances or events to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist with mechanical setup procedures in an aseptic environment to maintain a clean and safe workspace.
- Use scientific measuring devices to establish and verify fill volumes, check specific gravity, and perform routine environmental monitoring.
- Learn and apply USDA and APHIS requirements to assembly operations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Document processes accurately and completely in accordance with SOPs and GMPs to maintain a high level of quality and safety.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Demonstrate basic mechanical skills and personal computer usage.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
The Aseptic Technician will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high noise levels, frequent exposure to heavy items, and exposure to cleaning agents/chemicals. The ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively is essential for success in this role.
