Job Title: School Holiday Play and Wellbeing Site Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a School Holiday Play and Wellbeing Site Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of play-based activities during school holidays, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for children and young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of play-based activities during school holidays
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children and young people
- Work collaboratively with a small team of staff and volunteers to deliver play-based activities
- Develop and maintain relationships with local community groups and organizations
- Contribute to the development of play-based activities and programs
Requirements:
- Relevant level 3 qualification in Playwork, Youthwork, Early Years Care or equivalent
- Previous experience of working with children and young people
- Good understanding of the importance of play for children, young people and the wider community
- Ability to work on own initiative and prioritize tasks
