Property Manager & Estate Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager & Estate Administrator to join our team at NFP PEOPLE. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our residential property portfolio, ensuring that our properties are well-maintained and that our tenants receive excellent service.

About the Role:

As Property Manager & Estate Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of our residential property portfolio, including rent reviews, debt management, and void period minimization.
  • Working closely with our Managing Agents and Finance team to drive improvements in property management and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Providing administrative support to our Managing Agents, including preparing reports and maintaining accurate records.
  • Developing and implementing effective property management strategies to minimize costs and maximize returns.

Essential Skills and Knowledge:

  • Previous experience in lettings and property management, with a proven track record of handling tenant and contractor relationships.
  • Familiarity with property laws and regulations, including the ability to negotiate and resolve disputes.
  • Previous experience in management and administration within a property, rural estate, or rural business.
  • Professional qualification, training, or experience in property and tenancy management.
  • Negotiation skills and diplomacy in tenant relations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and property management software.
