Job Title: General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our team and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a diverse team to deliver exceptional guest service and hospitality
  • Create and implement a business plan that meets sales and profit targets
  • Manage payroll budgets and rotas to achieve agreed targets
  • Maintain and report on all business records as required
  • Take responsibility for all business operations and ensure the team can operate effectively in your absence
  • Focus on improving team performance and achieving targets
  • Be hands-on with F&B service, managing room bookings and enquiries as needed
Requirements:
  • Proactive and effective communicator
  • Business acumen and experience with preparing P&Ls
  • Ability to set measurable goals and develop staff knowledge
  • Experience in delivering technical training and development content
  • Ability to identify business risks and opportunities
