This role involves close collaboration with the Head of Audit and the broader audit team, playing a crucial part in steering our team as we embark on an exciting growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and collaborate with our audit team to effectively deliver a diverse range of Corporate, Not-for-Profit, and Charity audit engagements.
- Foster the development of our audit team, which includes recruiting new team members and mentoring Managers/Senior Managers to help them reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with our Partner team on strategic growth initiatives based in our office.
- Work alongside the Head of Audit and other Audit Partners to devise and implement our firm-wide audit strategy.

- A registered individual with experience managing a diverse portfolio of audit clients across various sectors.
- A proficient business developer eager to cultivate and expand contacts within the business community.
