Head of Legal Practice

Everpool Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Legal Practice to join our client's innovative start-up Law Firm. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the firm's compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a strong reputation for excellence and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the firm's compliance with regulatory requirements, including the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) authorization.
  • Develop and implement effective compliance policies and procedures to ensure the firm's ongoing authorization.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to uphold the firm's reputation.
  • Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction.
  • Lead and mentor a dedicated team of Paralegals and support staff to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire and lead a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships and delivering exceptional client service.
  • Must be a qualified solicitor, chartered legal executive, or licensed conveyancer with at least 4 years PQE.
  • Must have had at least two years in a compliance role working in a legal practice.
