### Job Summary

Due to the growth of our industrial disease department, we are looking for a Paralegal to assist with a caseload of Hand Arm Vibrations, Short Tail, and Noise Induced Hearing Loss files. The ideal candidate will have experience in disease cases, including reviewing and drafting documents, and an understanding of the litigation process.

### Key Responsibilities

* Assist with a caseload of industrial disease files, including Hand Arm Vibrations, Short Tail, and Noise Induced Hearing Loss cases
* Review and draft documents related to disease cases
* Demonstrate an understanding of the litigation process
* Receive full training and support in this role
