Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Public Relations and Media Engagement:
    Lead the formulation and execution of a comprehensive PR strategy aimed at achieving local, national, and international media campaigns.   • Campaign Development:
    Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team and Global Programs to create and manage integrated campaigns that advocate for policy changes benefiting working animals.
  • Content Creation and Stakeholder Communication:
    Oversee the drafting, editing, and production of essential communications for stakeholders, including annual reports and supporter publications, ensuring adherence to editorial and branding standards.
  • Brand Management:
    Supervise the application and development of the organization’s brand guidelines, working closely with colleagues and external partners to maintain brand integrity.
  • Team Leadership:
    Provide inspiring leadership to the Communications and Campaigns team, developing and managing an annual activity plan and budget.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess:

  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional writing abilities, capable of producing compelling and impactful content tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in managing media relations, including crisis communication strategies.
  • Expertise in brand management and a creative approach to public policy communication.
  • A data-driven mindset for campaign evaluation and analysis.
