About the Role

Zinc Network is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our campaigns team. As Head of Campaigns, you will be responsible for developing and delivering integrated campaigns that drive meaningful change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and approve campaign plans, including budgets and timelines
  • Oversee the delivery of multiple campaigns and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
  • Maintain visibility of all work across departments to ensure client needs are met
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders
  • Support with monitoring and evaluation, including recommendations for best practices
  • Oversee reporting to clients on campaign progress
  • Represent Zinc at high-level meetings with clients and project partners

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with 6+ years of experience in campaigning, preferably working with international donors such as the FCDO, USAID, or major INGOs. A demonstrable interest in international relations or social change is essential. Prior experience working in cross-functional communications teams is also required.
