This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and experienced Commercial Litigation Lawyer to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will have the chance to develop specialisms within commercial dispute resolution, arbitration, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution.

The role will involve working on cases in the Supreme Court, Court of Session (in particular the Commercial Court) and the Sheriff Court. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain dual qualification in Scots and English law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and representation to corporates in commercial litigation
