As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial part in our Localities, focusing on delivering Community Investment and partnerships actively by overseeing and supporting initiatives that generate social impact.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a diverse program of interventions in localities, ensuring effective management of contracts and projects, including performance assessment and showcasing social impact.
- Collaborate with the Partnerships and Funding team to write proposals for external funding aimed at achieving social impact in our communities.
- Work closely with Community Investment peers to ensure the realization of the Thriving Communities vision in localities.
- Establish a framework for recording social impact and outcomes, ensuring efficient financial management of projects through contracts and grants while complying with procurement and financial regulations.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in Community Investment and partnerships, ideally from a similar role. You should possess excellent partnership abilities, a dedication to delivering social impact, and the capacity to spot fundraising opportunities and program development.
- A proven history of positive stakeholder engagement and relationship management, internally and externally.
- Exceptional communication skills for various audiences, both orally and in writing.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience in quality assurance of projects, including monitoring and evaluation systems.
- Proficiency in budget management and financial systems.
- IT proficiency and the ability to leverage technology for efficient project delivery.
