Clinical Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Operations Director to join our team at Principal Medical Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our Banbury Cross Health Centres, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of clinical strategies and policies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
- Collaborate with the Director of Primary Care and Practice Operations Manager to ensure effective team management and coordination.
- Monitor and evaluate access performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to address underperformance.
- Ensure compliance with NHS contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Provide leadership and guidance to clinical staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring the efficient use of resources and achieving financial targets.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
- Proven experience in a senior clinical leadership role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
- Knowledge of clinical governance standards and risk management arrangements.
- Experience of developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines.
