Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer Engineer, you will work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to design intuitive, user-centric experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors, and pain points using interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design concepts.
  • Present findings to stakeholders and partner with developers to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Maintain and contribute to the design system for consistency across products.
  • Document design processes and decisions.

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of experience in UX/Product Design, ideally in a collaborative SaaS B2B environment.
  • Lean UX - Experience
  • Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to work effectively with developers.
  • Strong foundation in user-centered design and accessibility standards.
  • Proficient in user research methods and translating data into actionable design improvements.
  • Proficient in creating wireframes and interactive prototypes using modern design tools.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks, with a focus on continuous improvement.
