Shape the Future of a Global Digital Marketplace

We're partnering with a pioneering technology company that's revolutionizing the way people connect, buy, and sell worldwide. As the UX Lead, you'll be at the forefront of an exciting journey to internationalise the company's marketplace, driving user-centric design and shaping the broader UX strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement UX strategies for a global audience, ensuring seamless user experiences across regions.
  2. Lead user research initiatives to inform design decisions, driving data-driven design solutions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to internationalise websites, content, and features, ensuring adherence to geographical laws and constraints.
  4. Design and implement wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, leveraging industry-leading tools and methodologies.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in UX design for ecommerce, retail, B2C, consumer goods, or similar industries.
  2. Strong track record in UX strategy, user research, and hands-on design, with a keen understanding of geographical regulations.
  3. Experience in localising websites and adapting content for different regions, ensuring cultural sensitivity and compliance.
