Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Removals Team Member to join our team. As a Removals Team Member, you will be responsible for assisting with the removal and delivery of furniture, boxes, and other items from households or commercial locations. This is a physically demanding role that requires a high level of energy and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
- Face customers in their own homes with a smile and provide exceptional customer service.
- Remove and deliver furniture, boxes, and other items from households or commercial locations.
- Load and unload furniture, boxes, and other items from Luton vans.
- Pack people's possessions using specialized protective methods.
- Drive and travel to delivery addresses.
Requirements
- Must be a presentable and polite person.
- Must have a taste or attraction to physical/hard work.
- Must be able to work in a team and help others to do well and keep going through tough days.
- Must be able to work long hours, including 9-12 hour shifts.
- Must be able to arrive promptly at our yard in New Addington for 7:00am.
Benefits
- Competitive day rate of £110-£150 (9 hours) dependant on position/experience.
