About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Proud to Care Devon. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our care team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our care team, including preparing documents, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with the coordination of care services, including scheduling appointments and managing communication with clients and families.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our care team, clients, and families to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of office procedures and policies to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, including data entry, mail management, and supply ordering.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a care or healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and families.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365, with experience in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
