Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and guidance
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, assisting them in developing essential life skills

  • Occasionally plan and facilitate social events
  • Oversee certain health and safety duties, including fire safety inspections
