Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and guidance
- Foster strong relationships with clients, assisting them in developing essential life skills
- Manage occasional emergencies and challenging situations with professionalism

- Occasionally plan and facilitate social events
- Oversee certain health and safety duties, including fire safety inspections
