Neuro Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Neuro Occupational Therapist to join our team on the Acute Stroke Unit at the Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust.
As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapy services to patients with stroke and neurological conditions. Your expertise will be essential in assessing, rehabilitating, and discharging patients to appropriate stroke pathways.
You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient care and support the development of our therapy services.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and develop rehabilitation plans for patients with stroke and neurological conditions.
- Provide individualized therapy sessions to patients, focusing on functional skills and independence.
- Supervise and support junior staff, including therapy support workers and students.
- Contribute to the development of our therapy services, including service improvement initiatives and audit activities.
