We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team in providing exceptional customer service and technical support during evening and weekend shifts.

About the Role

This is a part-time role, working 16 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends. You will be responsible for providing first-line support to customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving technical issues and escalating complex problems to the second-line support team.

Key Responsibilities
