Job Title: Mechanical/HVAC Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical/HVAC Project Manager to join our team at RGB Network. As a Mechanical/HVAC Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects from tender handover to project completion, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly manage project development from start to finish, having responsibility and accountability for all aspects of the project.
  • Design review and procurement of plant, materials, and labour.
  • Programming of works and overall cost management.
  • Managing the engineering input into the project strategy and technical submittals.
  • Co-ordination of direct staff and sub-contractors on site and reporting into the Mechanical Director.
  • Running numerous projects concurrently with values up to £1.5m.

Requirements:

  • HVAC Mechanical significant relevant experience acceptable (SSSTS or SMSTS desirable).
  • Proven track record of delivering HVAC Mechanical projects with value up to £1.5m.
  • Proven track record of longevity with previous employers.
