Sales and Account Management Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Account Management professional to join our team at Employal. As a Sales and Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

The Role
  1. Manage a large portfolio of existing accounts, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business and increase revenue.
  3. Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns that support sales initiatives.
The Candidate
  1. Proven sales and account management experience in the foodservice industry.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and develop effective solutions.
  5. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
