About the Role
Sytner Group is seeking a skilled and dedicated Parts Advisor to join our team at Mercedes-Benz of Bath.
As a Mercedes-Benz Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to both internal and external customers/suppliers. You will ensure that all requests are handled promptly and efficiently, and that you are able to identify, search, and source parts and accessories for our customers.
You will also be responsible for maintaining the parts stock room and managing stock levels, including ordering and selling a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role within the motor industry and possess excellent IT literacy skills. You will also have a 'can do' attitude, high levels of organisation and attention to detail, and fantastic communication skills.
About You
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and has the ability to give the best advice on our products and services to our customers.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will be required to work a variety of flexible patterns, including weekends, to ensure that we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
