About the Role
Sytner Group is seeking a skilled and dedicated Parts Advisor to support our team at Mercedes-Benz of Bath.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all parts requests are handled efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with internal and external customers to identify and source parts, and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
You will also be responsible for maintaining the parts stock room, managing stock levels, and ordering and selling a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role within the motor industry, with strong IT literacy and a 'can do' attitude. You will also possess high levels of organisation and attention to detail, with excellent communication skills and customer-facing experience.
About You
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and has the ability to give the best advice on our products and services to our customers.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment, and will need to be able to work flexibly, including weekends, to ensure that we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
