Job Description
SmartPro is seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer to ensure the effective and efficient operation of machinery and equipment, and to provide engineering support to all production equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and maintain high-speed production equipment
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance of machinery
- Conduct various projects, including new line/machine installation
- Maintain stock control procedures for consumables and machine parts
- Communicate with internal departments on engineering activity and progress
Requirements:
- Experience in maintenance and repair of high-speed production equipment
- Knowledge of PLC electrical control systems
- Knowledge of high-speed production equipment, pneumatic controls, and circuitry
- Time-served engineer with good electrical and mechanical aptitude or relevant industry qualification
Benefits:
- Attractive starting salary of £41,891
