The Role

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Practitioner to join our team. As a Care Practitioner, you'll play a vital role in supporting our residents to live happy, healthy, and quality lives. You'll work closely with our team to deliver exceptional standards of care, ensuring that every individual receives the highest quality of care possible.

Responsibilities

  • Support residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Assist with meal preparation and serving
  • Participate in activities and events that promote social interaction and engagement
