Job Description

Interserve GBI is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Data Management: Accurately process and manage financial data, including daily receipts, donations, and account reconciliations.
  • Database Administration: Maintain and update our supporter database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or administration role, with a strong background in financial operations and data management.
  • Skills: Proficiency in accounting systems, databases, and IT software, as well as excellent administration and communication skills.
  • Education: Good standard of numeracy and accuracy with detailed spreadsheets.
