Chef Lecturer

We are seeking an experienced Chef Lecturer to join our Hospitality and Catering team at our Central Brighton campus. The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching and a broad range of experience in professional cookery, from Level 1 to Level 3.
The role will involve teaching a range of age groups, including 14-16, 16-19, and adult learners, within our dedicated kitchens, classrooms, and commercial restaurant. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to develop partnerships within the local community and ensure that student needs are met in a responsive way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching Level 1 to Level 3 Professional Cookery
- Teaching a range of age groups
- Developing partnerships within the local community
- Ensuring student needs are met
Requirements:
- Relevant industry experience in Hospitality and Catering
- Ability to teach a range of age groups
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
