Teaching Opportunity in Hospitality and Catering

We are seeking an experienced Chef Lecturer to join our Hospitality and Catering team at our Central Brighton campus. The successful candidate will have broad teaching experience ranging from Level 1 to Level 3 professional cookery and be able to teach a range of age groups including 14-16, 16-19, and adult learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teaching Level 1 to Level 3 Professional Cookery within our dedicated kitchens, classrooms, and commercial restaurant.
  • Developing and delivering outstanding teaching and learning experiences.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to develop partnerships within the local community.
