Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team as a Senior Clinical Psychologist in our Mood, Emotions and Relationships pathway. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a strong, enthusiastic, and supportive group of professionals who are passionate about providing high-quality services to improve outcomes for children and young people.
Key Responsibilities- Offer high-quality complex assessments and psychological input to children, young people, and their families who access our support.
- Provide clinical supervision to Assistant and Trainee Clinical Psychologists as well as Band 7 colleagues and colleagues from other disciplines where appropriate.
- Take a lead in areas of service development to support a culture of Quality improvement.
- Work collaboratively with other agencies as required and be able to assess and respond to clinical and safeguarding risks as needed.
- A Professional Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or equivalent.
- Post qualification specialist therapy/assessment training relevant to children and young people.
- Post qualification training or proven equivalent experience in supervision.
- Experience of undertaking specialist psychological assessments and therapeutic interventions for CYP with a wide variety of mental health problems and/or neurodiversity and/or learning disability.
- Experience of teaching and/or training.
- Experience of delivering clinical supervision.
- Experience of work in psychological interventions with children, young people, and their families in a range of service settings or agencies.
