Position Overview:
This newly established Lead IT Operations Engineer role presents an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic organization in a pivotal IT position.

Key Responsibilities:
In collaboration with an external IT support firm, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing daily IT operations
  • Enhancing IT infrastructure
  • Building and maintaining relationships with IT vendors and service providers
  • Ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met
  • Exploring innovative technologies and solutions to improve IT capabilities
  • Designing, implementing, and refining IT processes to boost operational efficiency
  • Establishing and enforcing policies, procedures, and standards within an ISO9001 framework
  • Evaluating current processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation
  • Assisting in the implementation of robust security measures

Candidate Profile:
We are seeking an individual with a comprehensive understanding of IT infrastructure, security, and compliance practices. Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 (including SharePoint and Viva), Windows Server, and Microsoft Azure is essential. Familiarity with project methodologies, cybersecurity, and data protection is also important.
