We are seeking a proactive and experienced Maintenance contract support to join our team at AJ Catering Staff in a predominantly Monday to Friday role. The successful candidate will work 37.5 hours per week and receive weekly pay, as well as accrue holiday pay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide administrative support for the maintenance team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities and appointments, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruption.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and contracts, providing valuable insights for future planning.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors, fostering strong relationships and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to maintenance activities, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
