Uniting People is seeking a dedicated Inventory Management Coordinator to enhance our dynamic team within a thriving Online Distribution environment.

This role will primarily take place in the warehouse, reporting directly to the Inventory Control Manager.


Your key responsibilities will include ensuring that stock received from various sources is accurately checked and organized promptly. You will also conduct regular stock audits and assist in replenishing inventory locations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate stock listings and perform continuous inventory counts
  • Conduct ad-hoc inventory searches as required
  • Support the overall warehouse operations
  • Input data accurately into systems
  • Collaborate with the Inventory Control Manager

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with Warehouse Management Systems is a plus
  • Self-motivated and organized
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team-oriented mindset
