About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Transformation Delivery Director to join our team at first moment Fotografie GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading business change initiatives and ensuring successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business transformation strategies to drive growth and improvement.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, project sponsors, and team members.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver projects successfully.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply that knowledge to improve project delivery and business outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading business transformation projects and programmes.
- Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Experience working in a regulated industry, such as financial services.
- Agile project management experience and knowledge of Agile methodologies.
