We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Assistant to join our team in Horsham. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Finance Business Partner in the day-to-day running of the department and processes.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain wide exposure into all kinds of reporting and business partnering. You will work closely with the CFO and senior management, and have the chance to bring new ideas on reducing costs and streamlining.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, confident communication skills, and the ability to commit to a 6-month role. You will also have the opportunity to work in a modern and fun office with a brilliant atmosphere, and have access to training and development opportunities.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Variance analysis and data collection
  • Assisting with project budgeting and tracking
  • Creating financial models and presentations
  • Business partnering across divisions
  • Reducing costs and streamlining processes
