Drive Business Performance with Data-Driven Insights

As a key member of our client's global FP&A team, you will play a crucial role in driving the financial performance of the company through data-driven insights. Your expertise in financial modelling, variance analysis, and profit analysis will enable you to create robust financial dashboards that provide real-time analytics to monitor and drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine dashboards to create meaningful real-time analytics
  • Work with the regional Head of Business to interpret and align data to group targets
  • Become the main contact for data-led reporting, driving uptake, usage, and training with internal stakeholders
  • Develop board-ready reports that create meaningful insights of performance at the highest levels
  • Develop complex financial models to simulate various scenarios, supporting risk management and long-term planning
  • Work on continuous improvements in forecasting accuracy and provide recommendations based on financial insights
  • Own the long-term business model planning in a continually evolving environment
  • Serve as a key business partner to senior stakeholders, presenting data-driven insights that support operational and strategic goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing financial guidance
  • Present findings to non-financial stakeholders, translating complex financial data into meaningful, actionable recommendations

Requirements:

  • Qualified - ACA / ACCA / CIMA
  • Commercial in background and abilities
  • Strong with Excel
  • Ability to showcase analytical models via Excel

What We Offer:

£70,000 - £80,000 + Bonus and benefits. This role is hybrid and requires 2 days p/w in office.
