Job Title: Global Claims Executive/Advocate

Job Summary:

Lockton is seeking a highly skilled Global Claims Executive/Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our claims team, you will be responsible for managing the claims programs of our UK and global P&C clients, including household names in the retail, manufacturing, food & drink, hospitality, and logistics sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review policy coverage and make arguments on behalf of clients to deliver outstanding claims outcomes.
  • Author technical updates, executive summaries, and deliver training on claims-related topics.
  • Undertake claims audits and demonstrate a full understanding of the industry and regulatory landscape.
  • Travel across the UK and internationally to meet client requirements.

Requirements:

  • Senior claims relationship or technical role experience in-house at a major corporate entity, a major law firm, a global insurer, or broker.
  • Extensive experience in PDBI, Motor, and Casualty with a strong understanding of legal principles.
  • Ability to prepare and interpret claims experiences and analysis, including claims triangulations and the impact of deductibles and cover variations.
  • High-level understanding of claims handling in the London Market and experience in handling global risks.
