We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Kier Group. As a key member of our Southern Water team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of non-infrastructure water and wastewater projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with clients to meet their needs.
- Lead project planners to deliver successful projects that align with Kier Group and Southern Water values.
- Ensure projects are programmed in P6 to the necessary level of detail for operational teams to deliver and ensure contract compliance.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree (or equivalent) and experience within regulated utilities infrastructure or the built environment sector.
- Chartered Status in a relevant professional body or appropriate professional qualification.
- Excellent NEC3/NEC4 contractual and commercial awareness, alongside a deep understanding of Health & Safety Legislation including HSWA and CDM Regulations.
