National Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Key Account Manager to join our Cardio Renal division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing account plans to drive sales growth and expand our presence in the Cardio Renal market.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a proven track record of consistently high performance in the CV field, with a strong understanding of customer drivers and the NHS. You will be responsible for ensuring market access, securing formularies, and developing pathways to ensure optimal patient flow and maximising prescribing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement account plans to drive sales growth and expand our presence in the Cardio Renal market
- Ensure market access, secure formularies, and develop pathways to ensure optimal patient flow and maximising prescribing opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers who directly influence prescribing, funding, and patient access to services
- Utilise a multichannel strategy to establish and maintain strong customer relationships and drive sales growth
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop cross-functional account plans
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Proven track record of consistently high performance in the CV field
- Experience of ensuring market access, securing formularies, and developing pathways to ensure optimal patient flow and maximising prescribing opportunities
- Highly motivated with drive and determination to succeed and willingness to adapt to change
- Proven ability to work independently and demonstrate pro-activity
- Strong understanding of customer drivers and the NHS, including commissioning pathways, funding streams, and NHS organisations
