Job Title: National Tenders Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Tenders Manager to join our team at BSS. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and leading the National Tenders team to ensure they meet and exceed agreed SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve tender performance and increase sales
  • Manage the workflow of plant and valve package tenders to maximize service offering to customers
  • Work closely with Directors, National and Regional Key accounts to ensure World Class service
  • Develop succession and training plans for team members to ensure development and progression opportunities
  • Manage the team to ensure performance metrics are met

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales or a related field
  • Transferable skills such as leadership, research, and analytical problem-solving
  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain great customer and colleague relationships
