The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting policy and legislation, providing critical advice and expert support to housing delivery teams, partners, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Practice Management Team to provide strategic guidance and support to housing delivery teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve service-wide performance, including monitoring and evaluation of key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with corporate Learning and Development to design and deliver training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of housing delivery teams.
  • Lead on the development and delivery of innovative and transformative housing projects, working in partnership with other stakeholders.
  • Champion and promote the service's learning and development offer, ensuring that all staff have access to the training and support they need to succeed.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have a strong background in housing policy and practice, with experience of leading teams and developing policies and procedures. They will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
