Job Title: Environmental Sustainability Senior Specialist

Colliers International EMEA is seeking a highly skilled Environmental Sustainability Senior Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Environmental Technical Services team, you will be responsible for providing expert environmental advice and guidance to our clients, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and legislation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising clients on environmental liabilities, including land/groundwater contamination issues and other pertinent considerations for planning applications.
  • Project management and liaison with clients, Colliers surveyors, site occupants, sub-contractors, and regulators.
  • Site set up and supervision of Phase 2 Ground Investigations, including project coordination and management of junior consultants and sub-contractors.
  • Providing a first-class level of service and advice to help maintain a network of clients and ensure repeat business.
  • Current understanding of relevant environmental regulations, legislation, and assessment criteria.
  • Demonstrable evidence in Phase 2 Ground Investigations, including the understanding of logging, sampling, data interpretation, and reporting of complex conceptual site models.
  • Project management experience, including management of drillers.
  • Driving license.
  • Standard MS Office skills.
Requirements:
  • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline, such as Geography, Geology, Geological Engineering, or Environmental Science.
Desirable:
  • 3-7 years of experience working in the environmental industry.
  • GIS/CAD experience.
  • Waste Assessment/Hazwaste online experience.
