**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide technical support and guidance to the project management team on health, safety, and environmental matters.
* Deliver asbestos awareness training in accordance with UKATA guidelines.
* Validate and approve subcontractor health, safety, and environmental prequalification checks and onboarding.
* Conduct site audits and inspections during periods of high-risk activities.
* Monitor updates to current legislation and guidance and provide advice on business unit impacts.
* Lead the development, maintenance, and delivery of health and safety/environmental compliance activities.
* Develop and maintain the company's health and safety management system, ensuring alignment with ISO requirements.
**Desirable Criteria:**
* NEBOSH Construction Certificate or Diploma.
