Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Systems and Payroll Manager to join our team at JGA Recruitment Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing our HR database, payroll, and reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Super User for the Resourcelink system, ensuring seamless integration with our HR database.
  • Lead small-scale implementation and enhancement projects to improve our HRIS and payroll processes.
  • Develop and maintain training documents for the Resourcelink system, ensuring all employees have the necessary skills to use the system effectively.
  • Manage and run end-to-end payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Oversee the HR Database, ensuring data integrity and providing valuable insights to stakeholders through reports and dashboards.
  • Provide critical business intelligence to senior leadership, utilizing Business Objects to schedule reports and analyze data.
  • Act as the primary liaison between our outsourced provider and employee payroll queries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Sign off on monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist with benefits administration, ensuring seamless integration with our HR systems.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable career history in HRIS and HR Data, preferably with experience in Resourcelink.
  • A proactive approach to reporting and process improvements, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
