About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Operations Assistant to join our team at Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality services to our patients and clients.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Homeless Team, including maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with nursing staff, doctors, consultants, and other healthcare professionals.
- Support the coordination of clinics and meetings, ensuring smooth communication and logistics.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with the wider administrative and clinical teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in IT systems, including SystmOne.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues.
