Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized care and support to young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, their families, and other professionals.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of personalized care plans, ensuring the needs of each young person are met.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive living environment.
- A competitive salary of £30,672 to £31,294 per annum.

- Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People or equivalent (highly desirable) or a willingness to undergo this qualification once employed.
- Experience in a children's home setting (highly desirable).
- Passion to help nurture young people.
- Flexibility to work 24 to 48 hour shift patterns, including sleep-ins.
- Full, UK driving license (essential).
- All candidates must be over the age of 21 to meet industry regulations.
