Business Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Freight Personnel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business and driving growth across the North East region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the European road freight sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to drive sales growth.
  • Utilize digital and e-commerce selling techniques to effectively market our freight forwarding product.
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager to achieve sales targets and contribute to the success of the business.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in selling European road freight business, with a strong track record of driving growth and sales.
  • Excellent knowledge of the freight forwarding sector, with a focus on digital and e-commerce selling techniques.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple challenges simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a small sales team.
What We Offer
