Pastoral Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pastoral Leader to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a Pastoral Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting the behaviour and attendance of students in a year group, working closely with students, staff, and families to ensure their well-being and academic success.
Key Responsibilities- Support students in a year group with behaviour and pastoral support
- Work with students, staff, and families to promote student well-being and academic achievement
- Be on duty each morning to supervise student entry and deal with any issues
- Follow up on attendance concerns with students and parents
- Liaise with the attendance team to check on student attendance
- Update administrative systems and contribute to student profile reports
- Arrange and service meetings with parents and other agencies as needed
- Support the safeguarding, attendance, and welfare officers in their roles

- Knowledge and understanding of keeping children safe in education
- At least two years' experience in an educational or social work setting
