Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lawyer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a specialist caseload, comprising both pre and post-litigated industrial disease claims, as well as supporting on more complex and higher-value cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run the caseload from start to finish, providing a high-level service and ensuring excellent client outcomes.
  • Provide a positive influence to the firm, contributing to our growth and transformation.
  • Support the development of junior team members, sharing your expertise and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A strong background in personal injury or industrial disease law, with a minimum of [X] years' experience.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex caseloads.A commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceeding client expectations.
