Role Overview
Primary Responsibilities
- Join our Installation and Maintenance Operations Team to support the daily management of operational tasks.
- Collaborate with various internal teams, installers, and external logistics providers to ensure project compliance.
- Review, process, and upload compliance documentation generated from client retail fixture installations.
- Address and resolve any compliance issues that may arise during installations.
- Manage administrative tasks for installers, including hotel bookings, parking fine management, and processing requests.
- Plan and coordinate various Airport Booking systems through phone and email communication, ensuring timely submission of airport pass applications.
- Assist in the sourcing and scheduling of installation teams.
- Support installers by preparing necessary stock for a variety of installations.
- Develop skills and knowledge to become a proficient Business Administrator, with potential for advancement within the team.
