Gibson Hollyhomes is seeking a Senior Administrator to join their team in Leeds. As a Senior Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the team's day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth running of the office.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a legal or professional services environment, including financial services, banking, or insurance. You will be responsible for assisting with invoicing and billing clients, answering phones and taking messages, diary management, booking travel and accommodation, writing letters and emails to clients, and updating and amending the internal system.

You will also be required to produce documents using Word, Excel, and Adobe. As a Senior Administrator, you will have the following skills:

  • Previous administration experience in a legal or professional environment
  • Ability to manage and prioritize workload
  • Comfortable working towards deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Highly proficient on Microsoft Office
